We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you can return it free-of-charge to BRIO for repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
How do I return my item(s)?
Is something wrong with your order? Contact our Customer Service team for an easy replacement. We’ll waive the shipping fee and provide you with a free shipping label to return your original order.
If its been over 30 days since you ordered and you’d like to ship it back, don’t worry! We offer a $5 flat rate return shipping label that includes tracking and insurance. This cost will be deducted from your refund or credit. If you provide a written description and pictures we’ll often waive the return shipping.
